How about seeing some administration pay raises at UO rescinded?

The laughable rationale for raising the pay mid-level administrators was that they might be poached. Many of the raises starting in January 2011 were given to OAs who are 60ish. Unless they’re recruiting in Boca Raton there is not a viable threat of our aging OAs being snatched by headhunters.
