Otto is an honest businessman. He does not deserve these personal attacks. So, maybe he steered a few players towards Oregon, and the “librarian” saw to it that he got a little cash sent his way for “books”.
That’s just the free-market. It’s not like there’s anything wrong with paying people for their work, right?
