From what I read, they us to have our own state health plan. Basically, university profs are relatively health (higher education, etc.) and subsidize other state employees with average lower health. Leaving would let us be experienced rated own our usage which should lead to lower average costs than PEBB. Or am I missing something?

Lower benefits for the unwashed masses over time. While the executive admin types increase their benefits.
