What is UO hiding about Anna Richter Taylor and Gallatin Public Affairs?

It’s now been more than a month since I made this simple public records request. The DOJ’s PR Manual says that 2 weeks is the normal time for a response.

The University of Oregon, Office of Public Records has received your public records request for “invoices billing UO from the Gallatin Public Affairs Group or their principal Anna Richter Taylor, from 1/1/2013 to the present” on 03/23/2015, attached. The university is uncertain whether it possesses the records you have requested. However, the university will search for the records and make a response to your request as soon as practicable.
