Very disappointing news from the 9th Circuit today on the O’Bannon case. Helfrich, Altman, and Mullens must be quite relieved. Fortunately there’s another case with better prospects now in court in New Jersey, and the 9th circuit did rule that the NCAA cartel violated anti-trust law, which will help.
