Luxury Suites Service Manager, Athletics

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Luxury Suite Services Manager reports directly to the Director of Food and Hospitality Services and is responsible for managing the food and beverage service provided to luxury suite owners attending sporting or entertainment events.  The Luxury Suite Services Manager works in concert with the Director to develop and implement policies, processes and procedures that support timely delivery of catered food, beverage, décor and other products and services to luxury suite customers.  Primary focus of the position is providing food, beverage and related hospitality services to clients in Autzen Stadium and Matthew Knight Arena suites as well as the Founders Club.  The Luxury Suite Services Manager supervise outside contracts and student workers and is accountable for the total luxury suite experience provided to suite holders/donors.
