9/24/2012: The FAC’s charge is here:
The Faculty Advisory Council shall be responsible for providing the President and other Administration officials with faculty opinion and counsel on the wide range of university affairs.
This year’s co-chairs are Louise Bishop and Anne Laskaya. The FAC meets with the President and Provost for 2 hours every Monday, 11-1. If you have concerns about how UO is being run, I encourage you to contact someone on the committee and ask them to bring the issue up with President Gottfredson. This year’s membership is:

It seems like there should be more Science folks on that list…
