UO Administration Proposes Further Tightening of Internet Oversight

Here at UO the resistance has beaten this proposal back – for now – as explained on the Senate website here:

We’ll see if we can do the same with our General Counsel’s proposed restrictions on the time, place, and manner of free-speech.

      dog, there are many of us out there. But most of our students probably don’t know that referent, let alone the relation to HAL. In fact they probably haven’t heard of HAL. We are getting to be so past tense!
