Speaking of pirates, Bismarck often used the “pirate” expression on your masthead to justify his disdainful, highhanded treatment of the Reichstag, i.e. Germany’s duly elected “shared governance” body. Most especially he used it in his semi-unconstitutional campaign against the socialists, i.e. union supporters. I’m no historian, but UO Matters seems to have chosen a particularly apt slogan.

What about the biggest scam/pirate at Sponsored Projects Services formally ORSA. I am no Mathematician but here is some simple math. How do you turn $13,000 into 1,000,000 plus? Use the moira multiplier. Huron figured that one out.
