Moseley links to the ducks page, where they use the language, “The University of Oregon HAS BEEN TRANSPARENT in sharing UO financial date with the public here.” Of course, we all know that that when someone flags their transparency, they are hiding something. Please keep digging. Much of what we’ve learned so far (their ‘transparency’) is the result of your efforts.
