Harvard Law tries to outscan “digital terrorist” Carl Malamud

The NYT has the report on Harvard Law’s efforts to put its entire law library online, here.

Carl Malamud is the man who saved my ass after I illegally posted the Oregon DOJ’s Public Records and Meetings Manual online, as explained here, with video courtesy of the late JQ Johnson.

Malamud is now wanted by the State of Georgia for terrorism. His crime? Posting their laws on-line. More about Malamud and his work here.
