Board shops NIke offer, gets extra cash from apparel deal

No, of course I’m not talking about the UO Board of Trustees and Nike’s low-ball no-bid contract with the Ducks.

I’m talking about Eugene School Board, which shopped the original Nike bid around, got a better offer from adidas, and then used that to get more money from Nike. RG story here.
