Prohibited Discrimination Reporting: Understanding Your Role in Reporting Prohibited Discrimination and Harassment. In this introductory training, we will discuss University policies prohibiting discrimination and harassment, types of behavior that constitute different treatment or discriminatory harassment and your role in helping to create a community in which such behavior is not tolerated. We will also discuss employee reporting obligations, response to typical scenarios and the resources that are currently available to you and/or to the students you serve. This course will include Title IX, Title VII, Child Abuse Reporting and Clery Campus Security Authority obligations. |
