I have plenty to say about the “free speech” rules that are being planned by our administration, all negative. But to start why is the senate blog and the emerald comments require a student / employee ID / facebook page to leave a comment. Not to be to paranoid, but I work for this institution and dont want to loose my job over differing opinion. And yes we do live in a time when that happens.
You’re not paranoid, that does happen. Perhaps the Senate blog should allow anonymous comments, with moderation?
I know I turn to the Emerald for all my Duck football related news. Not GoDucks.com, twitter, etc…
