Please use caution when departing campus this evening. Some tree hazards have been reported on campus. Caution tape is being placed in areas of concern. Please DO NOT REMOVE caution tape and AVOID the areas that have been blocked off.

Please check alerts.uoregon.edu Thursday morning for information on campus status.

    Weird. Do not remove the tape? I thought the caution tape is put up to warn us that caution tape is there so the smart thing to do is to remove the hazard (the caution tape). I’ll have to re-think this!

    When I was in the military, our response to situations like this was “what idiot made this rule necessary?”
