University of Chicago grad students follow Oregon GTFF lead, vote union

The Chicago faculty eventually followed the UO faculty’s leadership on Academic Freedom and Free Speech, by adopting a verbose and watered down version of the UO policies. Now their grad students are following the long established UO GTFF by voting 2.3 to 1 for a union. Colleen Flaherty of InsideHigherEd has the story here.
