UOM seems to be on a binge of support for the Freyd lawsuit, with a majority of recent posts devoted to it. Its a complex business, and I encourage folks to read the various documents available…from every angle ; Professor Allen really did claim the Gates grant as his, and never indicated that his part was a small fraction of the 3+ million.

Notice the emphasis on research dollars.
It is indeed a puzzle why UO has not been booted out of AAU.

This seems completely irrelevant, since both UO attorney Paula Barran and the UO Natural Sciences dean would have known the bullshit-free truth, but chose to misrepresent it in court anyway.
