Union sues university president over public records of athletic subsidies

6/23/2013: That would be the AFT, suing the president of the Marshall University in West Virginia. More here. UO uses similar strategies to stall and prevent release of records, but usually goes for smaller estimates. Unless you’re Nathan Tublitz, and you ask for the records showing how JH administrators justified their own raises – I think that was $10K or so.
