He’s jumping ship just in time to avoid accountability for achieving Papa Doc’s loopy 40-40-20 goals.
I commend the man if he decides to take that job.

In either case should he decide to stay or go, I wish he would point at the governor and state that the emperor has no cloths regarding 100% of Oregonians with a high school degree, 80% with an Associates or better and 40% with a bachelors or better. There is not a single large city in the world that can boast that, much less a state that has more in common with Louisiana than with Massachusetts. Oh wait Louisiana still has an AAU university.
I don’t hear our students asking for us to increase tuition so we can get away with even larger increases in athletic spending or administrative salaries.
