New Partnership PAC’s wad of cash

The legislative hearings did not go well. But the Oregonians For Higher Education Excellence PAC has a new donation from Lariviere fan Don Tykeson, almost $500,000 in cash on hand, and hasn’t spent s dollar to buy anything or anyone of note yet. 9/23/2012.
