   If this program really does what it claims, it can only be a good thing and worth spending money on. We like de-escalation, right? Looking at their web site, however, it sure seems to involve a lot of virtual bang bang (and going into every scenario guns raised).    Sounds like a first person shooter video game. The UO would be a lot safer with a lot cheaper unarmed security guards who could always call the real cops if actually needed.
