Ah, don’t worry, Bill. UO OGC’s report is currently being formatted and will be posted by the end of the calendar year.
Spoiler alert: last year UO spent half what OSU did on outside counsel (even though we have fewer lawyers) and over a third less that UO spent just 4 years ago. Oh, and we’ve spent nothing on public records appeals in years since, well, no requester has felt the need to file an appeal in years.

Thanks Kevin, can you send me copies of previous reports?

Thank you. While you’re at it, could you get the OIR to release the latest salary database? IANAL, but I suspect UO might be breaking the law by withholding it.

Good to know that the GC spends valuable time hanging around this forum to practice spin. Notwithstanding the time you took typing during work hours: until you post them, you haven’t. Until you change that status, you haven’t made them available. No promise of a future act changes what you have not yet done. How much formatting time do you lose each week keeping up on this blog’s doings?

In Kevin’s defense, he has not charged me for any of the billable hours he spends fact-checking this blog.

“Formatted” – heh, right, is that what you call it? Well, yeah, formatting my s…tuff does usually take me a month. Just ask my students.
