For those of us who have to walk on Kincaid, the non-smoking university is a total joke. We are gagging in cigarrette smoke from the library down to the bus stops and beyond.
I wonder if UO doesn’t have a big liability in fund-raising. To wit, everyone with money must think that UO has Mr. Big on their side, so what difference will my little $10 million make? On the other hand, Mr. Big never seems to come through with the supposed $2 billion. Is he perhaps taunting UO, in a continuation of the game played since the WRC fiasco?
