Mr. Huff may have dodged a bullet, especially if he planned to serve alcohol and charge admission.
You need a license for that.

A license which UO has for Autzen. From which all the money goes to the coaches, Rob Mullens, and Jim O’Fallon.

I didn’t say it was fair. Here’s a question: if a [hypothetical] football player had a birthday party and a long line of faculty showed up bearing gifts, would this football player be in trouble with the NCAA?

UOM: also if you try to drive to work on Game Day either football or basketball, they are selling the faculty spots at lots like Franklin (the old ORI Building) and the Millrace lots, who is getting that money? And I think gameday is the only day anyone ever parks in the student lot but I do not think the spots are for sale, at least not to the public.

Sorry by student lot I meant the exclusive gated student athlete’s lot by the entrance to the Autzen foot bridge.

I wonder if the NCAA prefers that the resource allocation problem (how many were planning to crash this party) be solved with violence.
