How about a post on something of great immediate relevance to UO, the virus and how it’s going at UO and Lane County with the students back?

Thanks, my response under that post.

You want something of immediate relevance to UO, HUB?? Oh, okay.

Open link, scroll down to a list of the most notorious money launders identified by Da Treasury. You’ll find Lamine Diack, former boss of the IAAF. You know, one of the guys who gave Eugene the World Championships without a formal bidding process. Hope that’s relevant enough for you…

Uh, as I indicated, I’m interested in the virus, which threatens to kill people in Lane County this week, and close down UO.

That stuff about track? I really couldn’t care less. Let Uncle Phil or the state attorney general take care of it. As long as the Phildo is lit up at night. Whatever!

So, you don’t think a report regarding a boondoggle that will likely bankrupt the flagship is relevant. Okie dokey…

Here’s a UO-relevant question: are course evaluations from this term going to be included in P&T assessments? We’re all getting used to this environment and I suspect some students are going to be fed up regardless. I hope that they’re excluded, like they were in the spring.
